The agreement and order form contains information on how to use and care for the mask. The mask is an art piece and should be treated like an art piece. There are some things that you should not do and can do with the mask. For more information, please read the Agreement and Order Form.

There are two parts of the form which you must fill in. The first part is the order form. Input your selections and your delivery address. The second part is a consent where your signature is required. Please fill in the form either electronically or on a print out. Scan or photograph the print out and return page 3 and 4 to me as an attachment through email.

Please ensure that everything written is clear.

Step 2: Verification of order through email.

Buyers are welcomed to contact me either before or after filling in the Agreement and Order Form at my email address: wyukig@gmail.com

Buyers are welcomed to request for any form of customisations and accessories. However whether or not the request can be carried out will depend on its complexity.

Buyers are required to remain contactable and respond to further verifications frequently in order to process the order. Once the requests has been fully understood and a deal is agreed upon, it is time to finalise the total price of the order.

Step 3: Obtaining the price.

The default price for all models is USD$849. This price is the price for the mask alone. Customised masks will have varying prices which are to be finalised in step 2.

Costs of additional items to be included in the package (such as full skin coloured bodysuits or accessories) will be added on to the base price to obtain the final order price.

In cases when bulk purchases are involved, the final price of certain components will only be known when the bulk order is finalised.

Step 4: Making the payment.

Payment can be made either in one lump sum (prefered) or in up to 3 payments.

Separated payments will inccur a fee (for Paypal processing)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
A refund is not possible once payment has been committed. The payment is used for purchases of raw materials for the mask production which cannot be undone. Please consider carefully.

Step 5: Progress updates

Once your payment has been recieved, I will contact you through email. Please remain readily contactable for frequent verifications. Instant messaging through MSN Live is also welcomed.

Once the production of your mask has commenced, the progress can be tracked and discussed in the forums under the "Mask purchase & customisations" section here:

Buyers are required to create a member account in the forums to have access to this forum section. When logined, look for the order specific topic in this section. Buyer feedback and discussion is strongly encouraged in the progress updates.

Participation in general in the forums are strongly welcomed as well. Your support of the forums as a buyer is very a important encouragement to me.

Step 6: Following up

Buyers are invited to post images of their kigurumi cosplay in the forums and are also invited to start a member's image gallery.

If allowed, I will provide a full follow up and guidance for the buyer. I am available for contact if the buyer requires any further guidance or assistance. Buyers are always welcomed to reach me through emails, MSN Live or the forums.

In the event that the mask encounters normal or unexpected wear and tear, buyers are welcomed to contact me to get a solution right away. In most cases, DIY will be sufficient to solve the problem.
